Outdoor courtyard wedding at Rosebery Steading near Edinburgh

A wonderfully relaxed day with Claire and Ross that we captured at Rosebery Steading on a balmy summer day. The humanist wedding ceremony took place in the courtyard, decorated with beautiful green and white flowers. Soon after the confetti petals were thrown over the couple, we went for a short stroll into a leafy orchard just outside the venue gates to take some portraits. There were multiple wedding cakes (in white and dark chocolate) and the most delicious food that gave everyone energy to dance a truly energetic ceilidh. We are big fans of how intimate this new wedding location is and yet how many options there are for photography - everywhere that is beautiful and simply perfect for relaxed photographs is a just short walk away so we are able to leave the reception for a very short time only at yet create the most beautiful portraits - which was exactly the request of our clients!
