Winter wedding - Linzi and Jamie at One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow

Linzi and Jamie were another brave couple who decided to get married in mid-winter. One Devonshire Gardens was a good choice, to allow them to spend a cosy day with family and friends in an intimate interior without having to venture out into a cold and possibly wet February outside. Happily as it turned out the day was fairly dry - far from guaranteed in Glasgow in February, but by keeping everything at one cosy venue, Linzi and Jamie avoided the stress and logistics of moving people around in uncertain weather and making decisions whether the day was fine enough to go for a wander outside. All of which meant that they could concentrate on the serious business of enjoying themselves! There were a lot of beautiful details, starting with Linzi's amazing shoes, some wonderful cakes provided by the Little Cupcake Parlour, and lovely flower girls complete with wings who kept the guests entertained while the signing of the register was going on. All in all, an awful lot of thought and care went into the day, and it was a lovely, happy relaxed occasion.
